LEARNING THE DANCE (ROUND PEN)

Understanding, and communicating, with horses is a key component to the art of riding and horsemanship. The horse and human working together - this mind to mind connection stems from a solid foundation. At Pine Knoll Farm Center for Integrated Horsemanship the round pen system is a key ingredient to our foundation – the mortar that holds the blocks together.

This system teaches us to “listen to what the horse is telling us” by better understanding his language.

A willing participant is a horse who chooses to be with you because you are his partner and leader. This is an earned respect, and can only happen when you work together.

By allowing the horse the emotional and physical freedom to "be the best that he can be" you create a basis for an empathetic riding partnership.

A relationship begins . . . this is a place for trust and confidence to be nurtured . . . the foundation to a successful partnership laid.

The round pen system is an opportunity to create freedom for the horse, giving you the opportunity to observe their movement, body language, eye contact and responses.

As we learn "their dance" our steps become more subtle, our mind quieter and our consciousness able to connect to their body . . . the basis for successful training.

May the “FORCE” be with you . . .
oh we meant the “HORSE”
be with you
. . . .
Are you ready to ride through your “nightmares” so you can be “ONE” with your horse?

Do you want to experience the maximum ride experience?

Do you want to find the root of separation between you and your horse?

When you enter a haunted house you never know what will happen.
Are you prepared to enter your “haunted house”?

Are you looking for understanding and unity with your horse?

Bruce Anderson has an uncanny gift to get to the core of the matter, but you have to make a decision to explore uncharted territory.

Buckle up . . . self exploration can be a bumpy ride.  However, the destination is well worth the effort. Another piece of the puzzle falling in place . . . but a very important piece of the foundation . . .

the HORSE being with you.

When we free ourselves from the shackles of the past

we enter into a clearer relationships with our horses.
